I love to have my morning coffee or afternoon tea in my Bless Your Heart glass mug. First thing in the morning, just looking at the logo, I can focus and gather my thoughts for the day ahead. I call upon this simple ritual as I move throughout my day.
In the afternoon, I will have a mug of hot tea and again take a deep breath. Focusing on the Bless Your Heart logo allows me to refocus and gather my thoughts. Sometimes, I think upon my Blessings and other times I am in the heart place. Either way or both, I know the logo and the meaning behind it carries a frequency which affects the vibration of the water.
I learned this several years ago when I read The Hidden Messages in Water, Masaru Emoto; http://www.weblessyourheart.com/2012/04/12/the-hidden-messages-in-water/. If you have not read this book, you will be amazed at the photographs. The ice crystals formed are influenced by the words, music, voice and photos to which they are exposed to. Water is easily imprinted with vibrations of any kind and just this simple fact has made me conscious of what is influencing my drinking water. I now choose the vibration my water carries and thus what enters my body.
I love this post! I need a special mug. Thank you for the link.

Well, bless your heart, honey bunch! I’ll bet I’ve been sayin’ that longer than you have? Ya reckon? Thank you so very much for the lovely post, and the thoughts about water. Since our bodies contain so much water, it is so very important to keep it replenished, isn’t it? I, too, love a cup of hot tea occasionally. Best regards to you, my friend. Ruby
Well Granny. I invite you to chatter with me on this site and/or FB. Have a little good natured fun with Bless Your Heart from a Southern gals perspective. Blessings, Cheryl
